Extremely disappointed. I was illegally denied service because I had my Service Dog. The staff was unprofessional and had no knowledge of Ontario’s Human Rights laws. This encounter caused me a severe panic attack. Avoid this clinic if you value accessibility and professional care."

I was in the neighborhood and they were having some workshop so I joined by chance🤓Amazing service! They offered us free snacks and drinks and gave me free hearing test and ear exams and gave us a lecture about the role and mechanism of inner, middle and outer ear 👂 it was an eye opening experience. This place has such a good vibe! It’s actually a fun place to be. The most unprofessional and irresponsible and crucial reception ever, I  had to come to hospital for 2 days, I waited to solve my hearing fixed, but  they didn't do anything, right now I am admitted to hospital without accessing to Bluetooth

Amazing experience! Lan is the best! She is professional, honest and patient. I’m very happy with the support I have received.

Even though I cringed at the price of these hearing aids, they are so much better than what I had, plus the customer care that continues is great. Lan has been very caring and helpful.

Not open when their sign says it is. Photo taken at 4pm Saturday. Door is locked. Same thing last weekend. And the time before. Very frustrating trying to pick up the earplugs I paid for.

Nice office atmosphere. Staff caring, attentive and dedicated. Test was comprehensive, not just press the button for the tone. Rhea , audiologist is patient. thorough and explains both the testing and product completely. I hear raindrops on the umbrella now. Very impressed, highly recommend for  north shore people.

I had the pleasure of being served by Lan Nguyen at the 1331 lonsdale Location. How nice to meet someone who takes time to listen and help her new clients. I will be recommending Lan and Connect Hearing always. Thanks again John Spicer

This Lonsdale Connect location is newly opened in 2021, and it’s amazing - an innovative new concept store. Not only is the décor gorgeous, but you can test different types of noise situations in their simulation room, get hands-on with different hearing aids and learn about them. And the staff are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, especially the lovely Lan (Vanessa was great too).

Came in for a hearing assessment after recently visiting another local provider. The hearing test results were similar, but the service and care was night & day different. At the other place it was very much a sales pitch. At Connect, they were quite obviously interested in the specifics of my situation and in helping me.

After getting some hearing aids to test, I stopped in 3 or 4 times to get them adjusted or get more information – and always had a friendly and helpful reception. I ended up buying hearing aids here, and am glad to have such helpful support in my neighbourhood.

1 stars as normally open till 5pm but no where did it mention on Google that its appointment only. I understand due to Covid-19 that your staff need to clean, BUT then you should change your hours to reflect that you close at 430pm not 5pm. I have suggested the edit to google, hopefully your head office approves the changes as it IS misleading to the public.

I agree with Gordon Bone !! Very hep on getting you to buy new hearing aids when the old ones are still working!!!

My mother bought hearing aids from Connect Hearing recently. They sold her a very expensive ($4200) pair, saying that they were the latest model, and since they are rechargeable, she would not have to buy or change batteries. After about a month, one of them would only last half a day. They replaced the charger for her, and gave her new batteries, but again after about a month, they would only last about half a day. They suggested she use regular nonrechargable batteries instead, but that seems to defeat the point of buying an expensive rechargeable pair. So then they said she had an old model, and they would give her a good deal on the latest model!  I found this outrageous. They wanted more $$$ when they had sold her only a couple of months earlier was supposedly the latest thing. Not impressed with the sales style at all!  They offered free batteries 2 years, but that’s a hassle for my poor mum to go and get them (they have terrible parking too). I won’t be recommending Connect Hearing.

Edit: oh, and don’t take their free financing. It’s a separate company, Flexiti, that is very difficult to deal with. They were charging mom interest even though they received her monthly payments on time. It took me a week of emails and calls to show them their error. But eventually it was fixed.

O silicone é extremante duro e , apesar de ter feito por duas vezes o molde, ainda assim foram incapazes de acertar o tamanho da minha orelha.material horroso

Perdi $140 cad!!!

I do not recommend doing "ear plugs for swimming" at this clinic.
The silicone is extremely hard and despite having made the mold twice, they were still unable to hit the size of my ear. Horrible material

Thank you especially to staff member Fimina who went above and beyond in making sure my Mom's lost hearing aid was replaced as quickly as possible. What a difference it has made in my Mom's life to be able to hear so well now! I highly recommend Connect Hearing in North Vancouver!
