In times of uncertainty and physical distancing, it is vital that you are still able to communicate and feel part of your social circles. In response to changes made in our clinic operations due to COVID-19, we have created our Virtual Care Program to ensure we are still able to provide you with the important hearing services you need.

With our Virtual Care Program, you can now have your hearing aids fit from the comfort and safety of your own home. You’ll speak face to face with one of our hearing care specialists as they virtually guide you through your hearing aid fitting via a video call appointment.

What is a virtual fitting?

Starting with your prescription and based on your recent audiological exam, we can provide a customized online hearing aid fitting in the comfort of your home surround by familiar voices and sounds, facilitated through our innovative technology using real-time online remote support.

How?

Your Hearing Care Professional will be in the clinic and can connect to you via a complimentary online app using your smartphone. Through the app we can virtually adjust the settings on your new hearing aids and personalize them based on your needs.
