We're open! Appointments are available and walk-ins welcome.

Following current guidelines set by provincial and federal health agencies, our clinics are open for scheduled appointments and walk-in service.

Masks in the clinic are optional for employees and clients. The use of a mask is based on your individual  comfort level.  


It is our top priority to balance the need for our important hearing services with the health and safety of our clients, clinic staff and overall community. As we take appointments at our clinics, keeping our clients and staff safe will continue to be at the forefront of our clinic experience.

Health and safety in our clinics.

We want to assure you that, as a health care provider, we have an elevated level of hygiene and sanitization practices in our clinics. We are contuinue to work to keep our clients and staff safe. 
  • Environmental cleaning and disinfection/sterilization of multiple and single use equipment.
  • Availability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for clinic staff.
  • Team members who are unwell or have flu-like symptoms remain at home.
  • Clients who who are unwell or have flu-like symptoms are requested to remain at home.

Please use these best practices if you are in one of our clinics for an  appointment:

Protecting yourself
  • Use other methods of greeting than handshakes
  • Wash your hands with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds
  • Avoid touching your face
  • Cough/sneeze into your elbow instead of your hands
Protecting others
  • Follow the advice of public health authorities
  • Stay home if you are feeling unwell or have flu-like symptoms
  • Clean and disinfect surfaces that are regularly touched

*Hearing evaluations/tests are free for all customers over the age of 65. If applicable, an $80 initial fee for new evaluations will be charged. Some conditions and exclusions may apply. See clinic for details.
