We are focused on enabling you, the experienced hearing health care professional, to do what you do best. Our support network of dedicated, service-oriented staff includes over three-hundred people from Victoria, BC to Halifax, NS.

The level of in-clinic support is unprecedented, with client-focused Customer Care Representatives and Audiometric Technicians providing a vast array of support to our customers, and to you, the dispensing professional. Unique to Connect Hearing is a dedicated contact centre. From our advanced call centre, our agents provide follow-up assistance, clinic phone support, and marketing campaign service. A dedicated training department ensures the ongoing and consistent development of our team, and our Director of Audiology strives to provide continuing education, conference, and professional development opportunities.

These efforts are supplemented by centralized Receiving, Accounting, Marketing, Human Resources, and Information Technology professionals all working behind the scenes to enable you to focus on what matters – providing exemplary one-on-one service to our valued customers.
